If you would like to request a refund or exchange…
unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service. If you wish to return your purchase, we recommend you use a reputable and trackable postage service.
We can refund or exchange any products that are:

In a sellable condition with all tags attached
All items returned must be in perfect saleable condition. We reserve the right to decide if an item is saleable or not. If an item does not meet the criteria, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. In order to as satisfy saleable, items must meet the following:

Tags have not been removed

Items don't smell of smoke, perfume, aftershave.

Have not been washed

Unmarked, not dirty or damaged in any way.
You will be provided with a DomePeak Returns/Exchange sheet. Please fill this out with as much details as possible in order to help us action your request as quickly as we can.
INCORRECT/OLD ADDRESS PROVIDED?
If we are to receive an item back to us from the shipping provider because of an old or incorrect address provided. You will be expected to pay for the new shipping label/service in full. It is the customers responsibility to fill out the contact and address details in full and to as much detail as possible to allow us to provide you with the highest and the fastest level of service.
